Record both dates for a shift crossing midnight. Confirm role eligibility, approved leave and applicable working-time constraints with authorised owners.
Review overlapping employee assignments across locations before publication. Keep a change reason, approver and notification record for later swaps. This template does not calculate legal working-time limits.
